According to the World Health Organization guidelines, Directorate General for Health and the Portuguese Government, Sweet Porto is putting into practice a set of preventive measures in order to combat and prevent the outbreak COVID-19.

We are acting in the most conscious and responsible way possible to ensure the health of all our guests and employees. Therefore, we share with you  the measures that we are implementing in our apartments:

• Information available 24h to all guest in different languages with the basic hygiene rules to follow;

• All our team is properly informed and up-to-date on which hygiene procedures to follow according to DGS (Directorate General for Health) norms. 

• The team has access to the internal protocol that Sweet Porto developed in order to be prepared to respond easily to any occurrence.

• We also guarantee that our entire team is responsible and aware, and that they are properly protected with personal protective equipment.

• At the reception we have available disinfectant gel for guests to use in order to apply the necessary hygiene measures at the entrance and exit of the building.

• All areas of frequent contact such as common areas, doors, door handles, elevator, etc., in the Bloom House and Legends’ House buildings are cleaned daily and regularly.

• As before, all our apartments will be disinfected before your stay and every apartment will have towels and individual hygiene products for each guest.

• In order to make you feel more confident and secure when booking your stay, we have changed our cancellation policies and we are individually analyzing all current reservations to find the best solution together.
